Special Projects is where we take on defined, time-bound engagements built around a specific brief — a leadership offsite that needs to shift how a team actually operates, a culture or capability review ahead of a major transition, a bespoke program built for a particular cohort, season, or moment.

These engagements are scoped tightly: a clear brief, a clear deliverable, a clear end point. What doesn't change is the standard of thinking behind them — the same diagnostic rigour we bring to advisory work, applied to a narrower, more immediate problem.

Typically suited to: organisations facing a specific, time-sensitive capability challenge — a merger, a leadership transition, a culture reset; teams preparing for a defined competitive window; or any moment that calls for something built rather than bought off the shelf.
